How soon can I start redeeming my Loyalty Points?
You may redeem your e-Rewards Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the Reward you desire.
How do I manage my Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points accounts are tied to a customer's phone number provided upon signing up and are limited to one Loyalty Points account per individual. To view your available points, customers receive an SMS indicating they’ve earned their first point, and a link to Cash App to view their Loyalty status with Heavenly Hands. From the Activity tab in Cash App, customers will be able to view accrued points, earned rewards, and activity at Heavenly Hands. If you don't have Cash App at the time of the transaction, you will be prompted to download the app to easily view your Loyalty program details.
May I combine points, transfer, or sell my Loyalty Points to another individual?
Your Loyalty Tab Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, bartered, sold, or combined with any other Loyalty Tab account to reach higher reward levels. You are limited to one Loyalty Tab account per individual. Please see our Loyalty Tab Agreement for details.
How do I cancel my Loyalty Points Program?
To cancel your Loyalty Points Program, you must fill out a cancellation request form in person at our Spa location or simply not renew after its (1) year expiration date.
How do I update my contact information, including my name, email, or mailing address?
To update your contact information, including your name, e-mail address, and/or phone number please contact us. The information on your account must match the information provided on the agreement you signed up for the Loyalty Tab Program.
Can I stop getting emails/texts from Loyalty Points Program without canceling my membership?
To request that Loyalty Tab Program discontinue sending you emails without canceling your account, click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of email communications or reply "STOP' to the text message received. To resume receiving emails/texts from Loyalty Points Program, please contact us.
